Step 1/4
Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone either scooping it out with a teaspoon or hold the avocado on a chopping board and ease the stone out with a fork, then scoop the flesh out with a spoon into a bowl.

Step 2/4
Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture

Step 3/4
Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and chili

Step 4/4
Toast the bread, drizzle over the oil then pile the avocado and other toppings on top and enjoy!
